Dr. Lois Borland

This mansion at Dos Rios, built by the Alonzo Hartmans in 1893, is now part of a homesite development. Old-timers only hope that this unique remnant of Gunnison early glory days will not follow the fortunes of the La Veta Hotel and be destroyed.
